Back to work...

Well i decided to return to the school and today was my first day back. Not a bad one and i love that its only part time now. I am looking forward to paying off some of my student loans before we have any children. Basically everything i make i will put towards that. Not much else new around here. The snow melted a little today but we of course are in for more. I have also begun planning amanda's upcoming bridal shower and i am sooo excited for her pink and white theme! My cheerleaders are doing great! i am so excited for their upcoming competition this weekend. I love my girls!!! I love going to work with them and they have come so far. More to come later.... :)

UGH what to do?

So i am struggling with a heavy career decision....i have been offered my old job back as a preschool teacher but i left because my degree is in business. i was also offed a marketing job from Helzberg Diamonds this week as well. While helzberg pays better, i would have to work some weekends and nights :( def dont like that idea. i like coming home any weekend i feel like and it would also effect my cheer squads. If i go back to teaching, its not as much pay but still very decent salary and its days. no nights, no weekends. Is a job all about money? Is it selfish to take one job over the other? I have two days to make my decision for both the school and the company. I have my associates in education but my bachelors (which i recently got) is in business and my masters will be in marketing ( which i recently got into grad school for). So is it wrong to work in one over the other? when i factor in my student loans that need paid soon, the higher paying job seems to make most sense. But when i think about Andrew and I wanting to spend time together, and visit our family, the teaching position makes more sense. This is not going to be an easy decision....

Family :)

I have to admit that while i love living in Pittsburgh, we do miss our family alot. We have a very tight knit family. I love holidays and gathers when you get to see everyone. Family is always home to us. We can live anywhere as long as we still have our family :) We crack up at our crazy brothers (who by the way think that now we are married that they are related too lol!) The both are so funny and such good kids. We hope to be good role models to them. Our parents i must admit are pretty amazing too. My mom and i talk on the phone alot and tat helps form being so far away, steve and andrew still talk too, and i think i must bug my mother-inlaw at least 4 times a day everyday lol! I think that moving away has somehow made us closer to our family. When we come back to IN we feel so at home. We often dont even see our friends or go out, we are just happy to spend the time with our family. God has given us many blessings with teh people he has brought in to both of our lives and we are so grateful.

Now we are back home in Pittsburgh and starting to relax :) I hope to have pictures posted soon from my photographer (who is amazing by the way). Its nice to be home with our dogs. After the wedding was Christmas and our family came out to visit us which was great. Then New Years, and FINALLY we get a break. Be back for more updates soon!
